Love Love this place. I enjoy the TRX with Lois on Monday Wednesday and Fridays at 6:30am Great way to start the mornings. And the ones that attend are really really nice. We have a very friendly group and I look forward to seeing them. They are missed when they are not there. Also the yoga with Tracy is fabulous although I don't get there as often as I would like. I just want to say that this place is the best-- friendly, caring and motivating! Thanks More...
