Mark came very quickly after my front UPVC door became jammed. He explained throughout what he needed to do along with the cost options and made sure I was happy before continuing. He did an excellent job replacing the broken mechanism with no damage to the door. He also (with absolutely no pressure) pointed out that both doors had old-fashioned barrel locks that were vulnerable to snapping and which, increasingly, insurance companies won't cover in the event of a break-in - so I had these changed too.
