I used MW Carpet Care for an end-of-tenancy carpet clean. Even though I won't be the one to benefit from nice, clean carpets I can't recommend Mark highly enough. Professional, easy to talk to & a no nonsense approach to quoting. I collected several quotes from local companies and all were "best guess" and immediately tried up-selling from the initial price quoted. Mark visited my flat within 24hrs to give an accurate quote which stayed the same from start to finish.The work is great! Just a shame I won't be able to appreciate it myself! Thank you Mark for saving the day!!! An unopened bottle of milk leaked onto a back seat in my lovely new car. Mark did a smashing job of the carpets in our new house. Although we thought they looked clean the water Mark pulled out said different. Mark quoted for the work before hand and gave a thorough run through of what the clean would involve.A couple of weeks after the clean we had a cat based carpet emergency. I asked Mark if he could help and he was with the following morning. He dealt with the problem and had spent time researching our issue to help us prevent it in the future.
