We used MVP Builders to replace our roof, replace interior flooring, upgrade old aluminum windows to vinyl, patch, and paint exterior stucco. Rear patio and gutters still to come. Joseph and his MVP team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and ahead of schedule, our front and backyards is cleaner now than it was before they came! I sought proposals from a few companies to redo my condo - new kitchen, new hardwood floors, bathroom remodel, etc. I met several times with Joseph and found him to be great - creative, personable. responsive, helpful, competitive pricing, etc. I ended up going with a design-build company, so I did not actually work with MVP, so I cannot comment on their actual work. However, I would not hesitate to contact Joseph for a bid in the future if another remodeling project comes along. More...

MVP came by to give us a quote for both our front yard and back yard. After numerous self imposed deadlines, we have still yet to receive either a rough quote or the official quote. Professionalism and customer service have left much to be desired and they would do better by either meeting their own deadlines or simply being clear in their communication. Glad we were able to see this during the quote period because I can only imagine how going through a project with this lack of professionalism would’ve turned out. More...

After my previous review, Mark the general manager reached out to me to see how the company could make it right. He came out and viewed the bathroom, and while he pointed out that we had asked for the rough installation of the materials, he did agree that the quality of the installation was unacceptable, so the crew was scheduled to be brought back in to fix the paneling and trim. When we hired MVP for the project, we had asked them to replace the galvanized water supply pipes with copper, just the verticals inside the walls, since we would be repiping the whole rest of the house at a later date. A couple months later, we hired a plumber to repipe the whole house, and he informed us that the galvanized in the bathroom had not been replaced by MVP. I don't know where the miscommunication happened, but we were never informed by MVP's project manager that there was an issue and the pipes would not be replaced. Since MVP had not fulfilled that part of our order, we were issued a partial refund. Mike, the owner, was very apologetic and emphasized that this is not how they do business. I appreciate the sentiment and hope they can work on their communication between foreman, project manager, and client in the future. Once our plumber did the repiping, the paneling and trim was reinstalled by MVP. It looks so much neater now and we are happy with the result. More...

Gabriel and his crew at MVP Builders did a great job remodeling my deck and roof, and I am happy to recommend them. Gabriel was a pleasure to work with from initial consultation to the very end, always prompt, professional, and attentive to my concerns. The deck remodel involved removing the old, worn-out decking and railing and replacing it with gorgeous new composite deck and railings. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and the attention to detail was impressive. The end result is an elegant and functional outdoor space that has become the centerpiece of our backyard. When searching for a contractor, I received quotes from five different companies. While MVP Builder's pricing was similar to others, I was impressed with their responsiveness and attention to detail. A friend who had worked with them in the past also recommended them as reliable and punctual.I worked with Mike and Gaby, who were both easily accessible and provided helpful advice throughout the project. I had already completed the demolition, and the timeline for two full bathroom remodels was estimated to be around five weeks. My new house had both bathrooms almost completely finished on the day I moved in, except for the glass doors, which were completed the following week. This was a pleasant surprise, given horror stories I had heard about other contractors taking much longer to complete similar projects.After I signed the contract and made the initial deposit, workers were at my house every day, and I didn't have to worry about rushing them. They responded quickly to any inquiries and made adjustments as the project progressed.The finished result is even more beautiful than I had imagined. I do not usually write reviews on 'Yelp', however, I was really hesitant to do my remodeling, if it is not the right company. I am glad to say, we found the right Home Improvement Co. We had several projects we wanted to do at the house, inside bathroom remodeling to our master bathroom, and a garage conversion to an ADU, if we like the work that is done.Mike the Project Manager and his crew, were very professional, gave us timeframes, direction and ideas. Once that was done to our satisfactory, we moved to a garage conversion. We had our washer/dryer in the garage, were not sure what to do, how to maximize the space, so we keep in for us and still utilize the ADU. Mike and crew came up with some options, which we did not think of, and at the end also they saved us some money. First they can't find the address, than the guy who came was rude and condescending. He seemed to have an issue with working with women that actually know a bit about construction. Seeing his attitude I refused to give him my email address, I asked for him to call me when he has the quote for me and he said "I don't think so" and walked away.Also tried to put me down that I don't know where EXACTLY is my property line. I thought it's pretty safe to assume that where current fence is, the new one should be, the one he supposed to give me a quote for! Duh! More...

El Niño really did his work this year. Unfortunately I had a huge leak in the middle of my house and had no idea where it came from. Thank god that MVP builders know what they are doing and are extremely knowledgeable, they were able to come out within a few days and help me resolve my issue. They work with you in extreme ways from helping you find a place to stay due to Renovation  to making me feel financially comfortable and helping me find ways to pay this off. They did a FANTASTIC job with the work and the employees were amazing with cleaning and very respectful.
