My family and I have just bought a house through Musker McIntyre and everyone we've dealt with at the Harleston branch have been great; Jessica and Adrienne were particularly helpful throughout the process. We're relocating from Essex to the area and it was really handy that I could give them a ring and they'd contact the sellers on our behalf with any questions we had, as obviously it wasn't very easy for us to just 'pop in' to the branch! If you are looking to buy or sell, don't go anywhere until you have been to Musker McIntyre. I was so unsure of the process but Kevin, Neil and Simon were fantastic as were all the team that I dealt with. Through the whole process they kept me informed and while I was in no hurry to sell my house it sold within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. We just bought a house through Musker McIntyre and it was an absolutely fabulous experience! From the beginning, both Matt and Simon were extremely personable and attentive. They were not at all pushy, but incredibly helpful. Once things got moving with us wishing to put in an offer they also went above and beyond helping us out (we are from the US and thus did not know the UK system) - they were super helpful and patient with us and our questions. They were even thoughtful enough to send a handwritten Christmas card! Loving the new editions of the E-Musketeer publications. We relocated to the area 3 years ago buying our house with Musker McIntyre and would have loved to have had the insight and information provided on the surrounding areas and villages that we were looking to purchase our property and make our home. Still finding our feet and not having the knowledge of the locals, we have used the information to visit different local areas, businesses, shops and restaurants. As a owner of a holiday letting business we can also pass this information and recommendations onto our guests.
