4.5 stars, actually. I've used Munoz Cleaning regularly for about two and a half years now to clean our home and recommended them to a number of people. One thing I love about them is they are often able to provide services same day or next day, especially during the week. Neyva is my fave -- she's so sweet and always does a fantastic job paying attention to detail and always verifies the areas that I would like some extra time spent on.While the services and price are both good, I will say that their communication can be a bit wonky. As some previous Yelpers have mentioned I've had them show up either early or late a handful of times. Since I'm able to work from home some days (and typically schedule them for when I am) this isn't a huge inconvenience, but be sure to get confirmation of date/time in advance :) More...

Neyba did a really good job! She's was sufficient and made sure she paid closely attention to the areas that I needed cleaned. She's very sweet and worked the entire she was appointed for. The only negative thing is the lady that handles the appointments called me and said that I would get 2 maids for 1 hour instead of the Groupon that I paid for but ultimately there was only 1 and she stayed for 2 hrs so there was a bit of a confusion to me. I have been using Munoz cleaning for a couple years now and they are fantastic. I have a one bedroom apartment and hire them for a two hour service. Each time my apartment is left looking wonderfully clean. Not only are they detailed and efficient, they are also practical and smart.  If there is something specific I want cleaned well, they are always extra attentive to that. Once again I was very satisfied with Munoz services. On time, extra effort and always seem to stay a little longer than scheduled just to be sure things are right. The girls were so polite and nice. I bought 3 hour cleaning services on living social for my apartment, which needed a heavy duty once over. Two workers came out, and in half the time, my place looks good as new. Very impressed. They were respectful & polite. Offered to remove their shoes upon entering which was thoughtful, and when they left, were truly appreciative of the tip I handed them. I've used Munoz Cleaning a couple of times now. They've always done an outstanding job. The first time I used them, my kitchen was in need of a good scrubbing before we had a party in addition to regular pre-party cleaning,  and they did not disappoint. My kitchen sparkled when they were done and there was not a dust bunny to be found. They were on time, professional, and reasonably priced. I requested 4 hours of cleaning. Munoz cleaning service was super responsive and easy to communicate with by phone and text. The cleaners came about 15 mins early which was fine. They worked really hard to clean the place. It was a move out / deep cleaning situation. I would suggest getting realistic quotes based on square footage. I ended up having to add hours to get the cleaning done but I'm glad I did. My apartment looks incredible - my husband commented on how it looked as clean as when we moved in. I disagree - it's way cleaner! My hopes were to have everything wiped down, vacuumed and dusted - and she went above and beyond in the kitchen, bathrooms, and even dusted the ceiling fan and piano (carefully and effectively).
