Although toppings may be sparse in some sandwiches, I've never had a meal I didn't enjoy here. Excellent variety and consistent quality when compared to other sandwich\salad bars.

You know how important it is to start your day in the right way, especially when it comes to early mornings before work. Lucky to have Munchies next to the office. Went for a bagel with salmon and cream cheese = 4.85€ plus Flat White = 2.80€ this time and will repeat this combination again for sure. Nice Sandwiches but a little pricey for what youre getting. Its not ok to charge over €5 for a standard run of the mill sandwich with plain ingredients. Especially outside of the city centre where rent and rates are expensive. Coffee is nice and staff are great. More...

Munchies has solidified into a lunchtime favourite - their capuccino is superior to the coffee available elsewhere and my favourite sandwich is the Toasted Monster Munchie with a little chili mayo - YUM! - plus, it's a great name.The only real drawback is how busy it can be, but that is to be expected, and the slightly high price for these recessionary times. I've definitely come down on the side of it being worth it though.The Wednesday market continues to please also, the German Bratwurst and wedges with meatballs and gravy was fab (real German serving it too) if a little heavy for lunch (made me feel guilty). Very busy little grab-n-go style café located within the Eastpoint Business Park. It's handy if you're working around the area - they do speedy lattes, cappucinos; you name it, with the same quality as anywhere else. They have a range of options on their lunch menus; bagels, sandwiches, salads - even vegetarian-friendly options. Once you get your coffee you can add your own milk (skim or whole) and sugar (white or brown), and they'll even stamp your loyalty card!
