Our sandwiches are made to order and are delicious. We take pride in the fresh gooeyness of a great grilled cheese. We have been going strong in the Arizona valley for two years! We have done the following venues: West World which includes Good Guys, Junk in the Trunk, Barrett Jackson, and the Arabian Horse Show.

What’s your signature dish?
The Scottsdale is the most asked for sandwich, It is a spicy(not too) hot pack the punch sandwich served on artisan with bacon, jalepenos, cream cheese, pepperjack cheese, and a smear of habanero jam toasted to perfection!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We talk about the event. We discuss the variety of sandwiches and pop in 2 sides if they wish. Details are important!
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy most cooking and making delicious food, but I am a people person so I enjoy the variety of people I get to meet. I enjoy traveling around to different points of view in the valley and sharing the sandwiches we prepare.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Personal drive. I love to cook and people are another favorite thing. I enjoy the freedom of bringing good food to people.
