I just discovered this place and am so happy it exists. They have so many vegan and gluten free items. I'm not vegan nor am I gluten intolerant, but I am sensitive to dairy and eggs, so as you can imagine, this place gives me the opportunity to enjoy some pastries, cookies, and cakes from time to time without having to deal with the uncomfortable symptoms caused by food sensitivities. So far, I've only had a huge vegan cinnamon roll, which I absolutely loved. I tried a sample of a light lemon cake that was so delicious (I couldn't believe it didn't have eggs in it, as it was a lightly, spongy texture). I will definitely be back to try more items! More...

This place is a gem, I love it and usually stop by for a dozen vegan cookies every month. I went in at the beginning of July to order a cake for my fiancé's birthday. The cake ordering was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful in helping me pick the size of the cake and the decorations. We're not huge cake eaters so I got the smallest cake they had which is typically called a smash cake that feeds 1-2 people. Typically it's for babies to smash on their birthdays, lol. Two days before pick up I realize that I should probably get the cake a day earlier so that I could celebrate my fiancé at midnight or early on his birthday morning with "las mañanitas". I call the shop and ask if it's possible to move the pick up day. The employee who answered needed to call their baker and return my call as their baker had gone home for the day. I felt terrible in having them call someone off duty but was grateful for their prompt service and return call telling me that it was possible. I thanked them profusely- I know scheduling and last minute changes are not fun.The day of pick up a nice worker called me to let me know my cake was ready. When I came in I gave my name and they already knew what I had come for. I saw the little cake in the window and was floored by it's beauty. It was white with rose details in bright colors with green piping. Everything looked so sweet and thoughtfully designed.I couldn't wait to taste it so I surprised him with it at midnight. We got the "funfetti" cake which is my fiancé's favorite and it looked so pretty upon slicing.  The cake was soft and overall delicious. We got a good lemony vibe off of it which we both loved. The icing was creamy and the perfect amount of sweetness.We have so far eaten two slices and have about 75% of the cake left! If you eat small slices like us you could easily get 8 servings out of this tasty vegan treat! More...

Ordered a cake this weekend and most of my family nade fun of me for having a vegan cake! By the end of the party there was none left and I would say it was a hit. This is one of the cutest and friendliest bakeries I've been to in a long time. The barista was so nice and made sure that my chai latte was exactly how I wanted it. Finally got to try the vegan sandwich today. I had the pastrami and Swiss on French bread and added avocado. It was delicious! It reminded me of sandwiches growing up that my mom would make. Happened upon this lovely bakery while en route to Arizona from The OC. It was a fortuitous thing that we did.Wife and daughters are celiacs, and MTB offered GF turnovers, cupcakes, & lemon and date bars. They also had pumpkin pies with crusts made from potato rice flour.The bakers answered questions and served us kindly and quickly. The items were flaky and flavorful. I was in the area and wanted to pick up desserts for the evening and Muffin Top would be the place. They had quite the variety of sweet treats and the prices are more inline than most bakeries these days. I ordered a Assortment of Rainbow Sprinkles,  Sugar, and Marble for the wonderful price of $5 per dozens.  They were tasty not overly sweet with a nice little crunch , 4 Cupcakes $1.75 each assorted flavors, 1 Lemon,  1 Raspberry,  1 Cookies and Cream and a Red Sprinkle.  The Cupcakes are standard size , kissed by frosting that is not overly Sweet,  moist , fresh and Delicious! We've been back several times since my last review and have discovered their baked goods are amazing! All of their items seem to be vegan, but if you aren't vegan, you can't tell at all. They are delicious! I've also tried the gluten-free, as well as the sugar free options, as I've been on a diet, and they are a perfect treat. My favorite is the assortment of cookies they offer. You can't even tell they're sugar-free! So light, too, perfect for a small treat while my daughter usually opts for a cupcake. She cannot tell that they are vegan, nor could she tell when she chose the gluten-free (because of the rainbow sprinkles). All of their items we've tried are delicious. Also, it is a nice, comfy place to study. I love the big, soft chair by the window. It's nice to have a cup of tea or coffee and read while I occasionally stop to watch the people walking down State. I downloaded yelp just to leave a review because this bakery is amazing! My first time here was yesterday and I was so impressed that I decided to come back today for lunch. The employees were all so helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions! The sandwiches and pastries, YUM! Everything looked so so amazing, but I definitely recommend the Poor Boy sandwich, and the cream horns! They have so many options from vegan to sugar free. Since this place seems to be a regular of mine now I thought I should make a formal review. This shop is awesome! Not only are the pastries vegan many are gluten free and they are all spectacular. They make Fresh Sandwiches and salads as well.  They use Boar Head meats and cheeses so they are good quality. The breads they use our spectacular and even have a low-carb option. I believe their breads and rolls are made by their shop. Its really big inside for a bakery and there is plenty of places to sit comfortably and enjoy coffee and a book or a conversation. More...

The service I received on Sunday afternoon was phenomenal! After reading some reviews about the service, I went in a bit apprehensive about going but the service was GREAT. The woman who helped us was super sweet and told us which pastries were vegan, vegan and gluten free, etc. My daughter, mother and I probably asked her like 4 times to repeat which ones were vegan. She had a smile on her face, was patient with our indecisiveness, and even recommended which pastry she would choose when I couldn't make up my mind. My wife and I were on the hunt for a good vegan pastry today and stumbled upon Muffin Top Bakery. We walked in and almost jumped for joy with all the vegan options. Typically there's one or two choices for vegans but there were enough to keep us deliberating for longer than usual. My wife got the vegan cinnamon roll and I got the vegan bear claw. I just stopped here because I was in the area and saw they had gluten free options.  I am allergic to wheat so finding good baked items is a major challenge.  I saw their selection and was just about in tears with how much they had to offer.  I chose 4 items.  I couldnt wait long as they all looked so good so I took a bit of each when I got to my car.  At this point I was in tears.  The cupcake, muffin, cherry turnover and cinnamin roll are exactly how I remember them from before my allergy diagnosis.  I will be back here many times.  A huge thank you from me to the owners, your bakery is a blessing to people like me. My favorite bakery in the Inland Empire! They have lots of DELICIOUS vegan and gluten free (also some sugar-free!) treats! Their loaves of bread are so fresh and TASTY I don't even want to buy bread from the store anymore! I'm vegan, and I always get their Veggie Sandwich with no mayo or cheese. It's SO GOOD! I've tried to make a version of it at home, but it doesn't compare hahaha. And a London Fog with almond milk!Only thing I can critique is that they do take a long time to make food and drinks, but if you know what you want just call ahead like 20 minutes before you get there.
