Martin is a great PT. After years of neglecting my strength and mobility, I needed a boot up the arse to get into the gym, understand what I needed to do to get sorted and then stay motivated to keep going week after week. Martin provided all of that.

Several months later and I can honestly say that I'm transformed, and although it's early days, I'm not looking back. Martin was the key to getting me started and I can't thank him enough.

Well where do I begin?!?! ����

Last October I signed up for PT with Martin because I was feeling rubbish. Physically and mentally �� I was tired of my faddy exercise plans that never amounted to anything as I would give up after a few weeks! I needed someone to kick my butt! To help me achieve my goals! To whip me in to shape! And boy has he done this! ��

Since starting my sessions with him thirteen months ago I have ran the Full Deer Stalker and completed the Tough Mudder (amongst other things �) I would NEVER have been able to do any of this without the expert training I have received from him. I feel the fittest I have ever felt and I continue to go from strength to strength in my training. He keeps me totally motivated and knows exactly what training I need to be doing for whatever crazy event I’ve signed up to! (And I wouldn’t be signing up for any events had I not started PT with him in the first place!)

He is an amazing PT, trustworthy, patient and kind and I can’t recommend him highly enough. The sessions are varied and fun and we always manage to have a good laugh too (when I’m not hating on him for medicine ball rollouts or Swiss ball push ups! ��)

I would like to say to anyone who is considering a session to give it a shot! You won’t be disappointed! My life has changed so much for the better, and there’s no looking back now! So thank you Martin, you are the best ����� �
