How long have you been in business?
I've worked as an office cleaner for over 10 years. In 2018, i started to build my profile and go door to door to offer my services doing domestic cleaning. In 2019 i decided to register and grow my company even further
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I prefer bringing my own equipment and supplies. All my cleaning products are eco friendly, natural products thats ensure safety from all dangerous chemicals. I ensure safety of families and the planet that's why we use Eco friendly products.
What do you love most about your job?
I don't love just pushing brush and mop around, I love seeing the surfaces and surroundings sparkles,that is all my business about. I always want to deliver an exceptional service to my customers and make sure they are satisfied.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working as a cleaner in one of the big establishment, After a few weeks of being in that place, One lady confronted me and complimented me. She said how good my job is and how i have changed the look of their working place from the offices, kitchen and toilets. I was please to hear that and she asked me if I can come and do cleaning in her house. It took me by suprise and i said to her i never worked in private homes before but I will think about it, 2 weeks later I went to see her and I told her I've thought about it and I think I will do it, After a month I gave out flyers to other staff in the offices and she was the one who was making a referral and she made me realise my ability and love for cleaning. I now clean for about 45% of the staff in their homes

They say i love my job but to me I love my customer's satisfaction more than my job. That's why when I do my job I put effort and smile in doing it because it something i love and enjoy doing.
