I urge anyone to give them a call if they have any electronic device they want fixing and can guarantee they will certainly be pleasantly surprised at the professional and expert service they receive. On a more personal note though Sara is the loveliest lady you are ever likely to meet and Mark really does break the mould with his expert knowledge and his very fair pricing structure. This is no way like the other places that will baffle you and con you with science just to make a quick buck. These guys ask for nothing more than the fairest price for repairs that others would charge the earth for.Most electronic technicians would expect a huge payment for a service that is not really that expensive. I have now used MSPC repairs a couple of times for two iPhones and an iPad screen repair after they came highly recommended from a friend. My experience each time has been first class.

Great service with my products being repaired the same day, with original manufactured parts and with a 6 month guarantee.

Wasn't sure what to expect but I was presently surprised by the speed of the repair (considering he had other jobs on), the honesty really the cost as I could have been charged for work that wasn't needed and I wouldn't have known if it was needed (like garages do with car service). Just by chance, I had a business card through my door. I would normally throw it away but my laptop had just packed up and this card was for a company that repairs laptops computers and from what I have seen pretty much everything that has a screen. I gave the number a call and received a very welcoming friendly voice on the other end of the line.To cut a long story short I took my laptop to Mark and within a day, it was back with me working like new. I have not taken much care of my laptop prior to this so when I took it to MS PC Repairs & servicing it was dirty the keyboard was full of crumbs and stained from drips etc. The screen was filthy too. So I was quite embarrassed to take it there. I needn’t of worried though both Mark and Sara are the nicest people you would ever like to meet and never batted an eye at the state of this laptop I was handing over to them. Mark diagnosed the fault then searched for the cost of parts needed to fix it before letting me know how much it would cost to fix. I was expecting it to be a lot of money but wow, I was amazed. Mark didn't charge any more for the part than he paid and only added a small labour charge for fixing the laptop. I left it with Mark in full knowledge it would all be sorted out for me. When I collected it, I was expecting to see my dirty laptop but in working order but no, I found my laptop in pristine condition shiny and clean working like a charm and looking like a new laptop. I am so very impressed I have raved about MS PC Repairs to family friends and neighbours and strongly recommend if they want anything like this fixing they must go to them. I now keep my laptop clean and the kids aren't allowed to go on it anymore.MS PC Repairs & Servicing are honest friendly affordable and they really do care about your equipment.
