Daniel Townsend was absolutely brilliant for my rehab Physiotherapy- I had a meniscus operation that didn’t resolve the knee pain and then further tibial osteotomy that was a success but after the 2 years of pain, I was left with very weak muscles and functional movement - simply put I couldn’t run - Dan was extremely thorough and applied a plan of action to strengthen my leg / body and movement - without him, I am sure my rehab would not have been so successful- I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone and I will certainly use his services to continue my sport when needed- a massive thank you
