We are a friendly architectural practice located in Tunbridge Wells, Kent with a dedicated team of RIBA Chartered Architects and technicians. MSD Architects has established a reputation for providing high quality design services, across both public and private sectors. We work very closely with Local Authority Planning Officers to achieve successful Planning decisions. Our experience is varied and includes Listed Buildings, New Build Residential Developments, Affordable Housing, Retail, Offices, Commercial Units and Local Community facilities. MSD offers an imaginative approach to achieving commercially viable schemes and practical solutions to specific site constraints. We endeavour to inspire with our fresh design approach, creative solutions and use of sustainable technology. As part of our design service we use 3d visualisation/ virtual reality software as part of the design process which allows our clients to engage with the design process, and be confident in developing a building that fits within their specific requirements. Our approach to all projects, regardless of scale or budget, is to gain a clear understanding of the objectives and vision of our clients. We work in close partnership with our clients to achieve the best solutions, from initial concept through to the implementation and completion of the project.
