Our Private Client Department:

We offer a tailored private client service to provide you with all the help you need when planning for the future to ensure your wealth is preserved and passed to the next generation effectively.

We can handle all your private client affairs, including preparing your Will (to include advising on estate planning, wealth protection and tax mitigation). We can also incorporate trusts into your Will for tax planning reasons and assist with setting them up during your lifetime also. We deal with probate (where there is a Will or not) and estate administration together with mental capacity issues, such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters.

Our team includes members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE), Country Land and Business Association (CLA) and Agricultural Law Association (ALA).

Agricultural law
Our agricultural team have expertise of the farming industry on a national scale. We have a dedicated team providing legal advice to a wide range of businesses of all sizes within the rural sector.
