M&S Roofing worked collaboratively with ATR Properties to rebuild our Edwardian roof and re tile with new clay tiles. The project included a new full Length dormer to the rear clad with clay tiles, a total re tile, again of clay, 4 velux over a gallery landing plus the finish of two small decorative dormers at the front clad in lead. The roof and project was large and complex with great attention paid to recreating the original roof details during the renovation. As clients we were very particular and focused on the detail. Simon and his team at M&S have competed a beautiful roof which has exceeded our expectations and helped to restore a very tired property sensitively. Would highly recommend these guys. The level of service has been excellent, from the initial quote that we obtained almost 2 years ago for the re-roofing works, to the completion of the works today. Martin and Jordan work tirelessly from start to finish, giving regular updates on the works being performed throughout the project.The works were made slightly more complicated by the social distancing measures currently in place and the closure of many businesses and supply lines but they reassured me that supplies were available to finish the job and it has been completed to a very high standard. Call me old fashioned but I don’t give reviews for a job done. That’s what we pay for. I’m more interested in the after sales; how a company deals with issues when they go wrong and how keen they are to rectify faults. The recent storms have done their work on my garden and the side of the new roof. After speaking directly to Simon, we were clear about what needed doing. Did a great job on my house with a strip and re-cover.
Fair price and considerate to my elderly neighbours.
The lads worked long hours over 4 days to get it completed in the timescale id asked them to, They also did a good cleanup afterwards making sure no nails or debris were left on my drive/garden.

Wow, what can I say about these guys other than they are just great. I had a full re-roof of a 100 year old roof re-using the existing slates. From the odd times I was in when they were working it was very obvious what a great team they were who communicated well with each other. The end job is far better than I’d ever envisaged. Also they had a complete and total nightmare with the weather but kept me informed. They gave great advice from the outset, were very professional and gave a good quote straight off (I got 4 quotes). Had my house re roofed by M and S roofing and was very impressed. Contacted Simon after I discovered a leak from the roof at my house and he called in the next day and investigated the problem and told me I needed a new roof. I received the quotation the following day which was a very reasonable price. Simon arranged the work to be done in the time frame I requested and did an amazing job, all the lads were friendly and very professional and did a great job. Simon came exactly when he said he would, within a few hours he produced a written quote which was very competitive.. his workmen turned up to do the job bang on time , they were cheerful and got straight down to work , they answered all my annoying questions without a problem and did a first class job on my roof leaving everything clean and tidy I recommend them
