I met Vanessa at a MamaTribe meet up and started chatting to her about my dabblings with Facebook ads. I come from a marketing background so wanted to work with her 1-2-1 so that we could go through my account together and see where I was going wrong with the campaigns that I'd run previously and what steps I could implement to start making my money work harder for me and to start see the results that I expected. I was pretty confident that I knew my way around FB ads and knew what I was doing but my campaigns just weren't converting the way that I was expecting them to. We spent 3 hours and I digested so much information in that time. We identified where I'd gone wrong in my previous campaigns, be that budget, targeting and layering (which I discovered in the session). She's also clearly guided me through steps to reach my long terms goals both through FB ads but also as part of my wider business objectives. I couldn't wait to come back and get started working through everything. I've now been able to confidently navigate my way through pixel settings, custom audiences and can identify which campaigns I should run to suit my specific business needs. To say 'the penny dropped' would be an understatement, it dropped multiple times during the session! Just had a fun, energised meeting with Vanessa and our little team. We had to rush our session due to other commitments but Vanessa was totally accommodating and managed to squeeze in loads of good ideas on ways to rethink and improve how we use the different platforms.
