Annual Accounts can often just be 'the bill that needs paying at the end of the year' to tell you how well you did. Its needed and essential.
But, what if they could tell you month by month, help you focus on what is working, and what isn't working in your business?
Effective use of a good bookkeeper can give you those answers.
Your accountant may say , 'You should have done this or that', if you know what's happening as it happens, your bookkeeper can say 'if we do this it will save you £xxxx.xx'. or 'This part of the business is working focus on that.'
What do you love most about your job?
getting into what the figures mean and how they can show you what's happening as it happens, so you can steer a better course through the year.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a previous business, and what excited me was the figures, manipulating them to get answers, and using them to focus on the productive parts.
Seeing how one little tweek to the way we worked added to the bottom line.

Knowledgeable, and if I don't know the answer I have contacts to find the answer quickly, so I can give you the answer.
