Natalie and Daniel were so SO helpful in helping us move out of our flat, left everything sparkling as if brand new, and talked us through the end of tenancy process with so much care. We couldn't recommend these guys enough. We had them round today to clean the living room, dining room, stairs and top hallway carpets and the sofa and arm chair and we are blown away with the results. We have 5 cats (2 of which are kittens, and they have had a few accidents) amd a child who likes to spill everything in sight. So its nice to know now that it is all clean and fresh. The difference the clean has made is amazing and it is like we have had a new carpet installed and the sofa is back to an almost new looking state. Such lovely people as well. We booked Patersons Pro Cleaning after seeing loads of posts on FB, I messaged and arranged a visit for a quote and was happy with the professional approach and attention to detail from the first few minutes, while I waa showing them the work they had loads of questions and also explanations on how things would be done and was happy to proceed and booked up. I met the guys at 9.00am and let them get started while I went to work, They told me they would let me know 30 minutes before they were done so I could go and meet them and inspect the job, At 7.40pm I still hadn’t heard from them so decided to go along and make sure everything wss okay. I arrived to find the guys still working away and having inspected the house top to bottom I couldn’t find anything I wasn’t happy with, Carpets, Bathrooms & Showers, Cooker, Fridge, Blinds etc etc etc, All spotless and the house is now ready to hand back to the landlord on Monday. 5 Work from a professional company. I can’t thank you enough for the professional job that you done today . And how amazing and spotless my carpets are. . You are such lovley people and made me feel at ease and fully confident that you could save my Carpets after a previous company who were very unprofessional and no training and Deffo did not have the proper equipment to clean with ruined them . Not only that you both went above and beyond to support the needs of my 3 autistic boys . So they were comfortable and aware of what was happening without them getting disturbed in anyway. Having a autism friendly company to do my carpets is amazing and there is so much care and understanding. .I was overwhelmed from the day you contacted to help with the mess the previous company left. . And I now have 2 beautiful clean carpets and hall stairs . From the tiny spot in the house to the largest window passing through the kitchen looking at the oven, burner, fridge, freezer and extractor fan leaving to the living room and upstairs to bedrooms and bathrooms, EVERYTHING IS SHINY AND CLEAN. Wow! Just wow! Emergency situation. Friday night came home (after booking other cleaning company to do a builders clean) to find all the builders dust still over floors and walls. And cleaned areas already building up film of dust. Not to worry, emergency message sent out at 8pm and job booked with Paterson's Pro Cleaning by 9pm and they turned up at 7.40am on Saturday to fit in with my needs as I was working from 8am. Gave me quote and said the wonderful words "that's the price and we don't finish until it's all done''! Came back 5 hours later and the house was impeccable. Did the old run a finger along the wall technique and there was only a clean finger tip left over! Exactly what I needed in order to crack on with painting before flooring is fitted on Monday.
