Mike did an outdoor family photoshoot for us - we wanted lots of informal shots, especially of the children. We had a fantastic time - Mike was absolutely brilliant with the kids; they were totally relaxed and had a lot of fun. We had a few slightly more 'posed' shots taken of the four of us, but the rest of the time we were hardly aware of Mike taking photos; it was just like a fun family outing and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. So many lovely images which we will treasure.

We had the pleasure of having a 2 hour photoshoot with Mike. We had so much fun. Mike was so patient with me! I am particularly shy and awkward in front of the camera, but Mike's friendly approach soon made me relax. I felt that Mike really listened to the feel my husband and I were after and was able to capture this in his photography. Mike has a great eye for beautiful pictures. To be honest I do not think you could find a better photographer! Mike was absolutely brilliant on the day of the photo shoot, we had such a fun morning and he kept coming up with fun ideas for different photos to take but it was all so relaxed and informal. My little girl loved him (and she can be picky who she takes a liking to!) and even my camera-shy husband relaxed. However my admiration for Mike's skill climbed to a whole other level when I saw the photos. They really are the best I have ever seen, they captured so many special moments between us as a family, they practically sing with happiness. I could frame dozens of them and put them around my house, and in fact probably will! I can't wait to have Mike do some newborn photos for my next little one too... We can’t recommend MJH photography highly enough. The shoot itself was wonderful, very relaxed in the comfort of our own home but at the same time,Mike was very professional and really helped capture some beautiful shots with the ideas he came up with on the spot. We have just received the pictures which were taken of us with our baby boy and I have to say they are the most beautiful pictures which really are ones we will treasure forever. Mike has done a great job at the newborn end six month photo shoots for our little boy. He is really flexible working with little ones and their needs and provides a really good balance of his own creative ideas and anything in particular that you have in mind. Highly recommended.

Mike did a photoshoot of our baby girl at our home. The whole experience was brilliant, from arranging the shoot to getting the photos. Mike was sensitive to the baby's needs, in having to have breaks for feeding or a cuddle so the shoot was as relaxing as possible for everyone. We were thrilled with getting all of the photos via a link online so it was really easy and nice to have lots of images and not just a few chosen by the photographer like old fashioned photography packages.
