I had a very odd camera problem with a Huawei P9. From internet reading it looked like it was battery related. I contacted Mr Tech to arrange a battery replacement. The guy I spoke to was very doubtful, thought it was software related and suggested I contacted Huawei.I did and they provided the solution to fixing what was indeed a software problem. I could easily have paid out for a repair that I didnt need and would not have directly fixed the problem. The price was exceptional for the product quality, and atleast £20 cheaper than any local competitors (I did my research). Whilst using my phone this morning it just stopped working with no explanation. To my horror the screen cut out and went totally blank. In a panic I found and called Mr.Tech, the guy I spoke to over the phone was polite and understanding, he said they could fit me in as soon as I was able to get to the shop. Within half an hour of handing the phone over to Jamie (who I believe was the manager) he detected the problem, explained the issue to me, replaced the screen and even put a screen protector on it.
