Dan and his apoprentice estimated for the job of fitting extra downlighters in our kitchen and agreed a date and time to carry our the work. The men arrived on time and efficiently carried out their task without fuss. They were professional and very clean workers. I needed a new light fitting in my kitchen. I emailed Mr Sparks one evening and he telephoned me the next morning. He arranged to call the next morning at 9. 00am. Brilliant service, clean worker, very friendly, nothing is too much for him. Even when everything was going against him, Dan had the patients and proved his understanding to solve the problems being thrown at him during the works he carried out. Also having to return another day through the item being install was faulty. Dan's know how and knowledge on a better product proved to be excellent advice! He installed a Ring video Pro bell and camera, plus all the electric works in the main box with having to drill out through the wall outside. Dan Installed some outdoor power sockets and a supply to a junction box for a pond. All aspects of the work were first class. Dan was happy to even bury the cable in the flower bed for me which I was not expecting. He was running late on the day of the job however he rang to let us know. I am really pleased with the work which comprised installing new shower extractor fan/light, new downlights, light fittings and repositioning a light. After making contact Daniel came promptly to provide a quote for the work and parts. We thought the cost was very reasonable. The work was undertaken efficiently and on the date agreed. The work is very neat and looks good and the working area was left clean and tidy. Daniel took me through what he had done and explained the operation of the fan and how to change the bulbs in the downlights, although he reassured me that the led bulbs should last a long time. Having changed a few light switches I noticed there to be no earth cable at the switches so called Mr sparks out to take a look. After an inspection he determined there to be no earth at the switches or even the light fittings.We agreed a fair price and for the lighting circuits along with switches to be re wired from top to bottom. I recently took out all the lights upstairs after changing a light fitting and called mr sparks to come out to the house, he couldn't attend as he was away with his family but kindly offered to help over the phone, he talked me through what to do and within 5 minutes the lights were all back on.
