This is my personal experience almost a year on from the job.I wasn't going to leave this feedback but when some of the flags and cappings came loose and l emailed them to rectify the problem a month on and still left with problem no further contact from them. Workmanship was not in my opinion professional.Some of the flags are uneven and a number of them including wall cappings have come loose lifting from their bedding.l have emailed them and they replied will be in touch and a month l have heared nothing to solve the issue.l also have drainage issue which l highlighted during works this still is an issue.I highlighted a few other issues to the main workman on site at the time but they never got sorted.Had to clean all my drains out as they were full of sand.The finished product is less than professional. I do apologise, yes there was approx. a 4 week waiting time for us to attend and carry out the remedial work you reported to us. As far as I am aware there were no other outstanding issues at the time the job was completed. As you know we don't ask for any payment before the work is completed to your satisfaction.
