com. I’ve conducted interviews with several attorneys and Manny Regalado victims. The information I’ve gleaned is seriously painful to listen too. Many received Judgements. Others gave up and dropped the case. The attorney fees became unbearable. The attorneys I spoke with advised me to save my money and not sue Regalado since the defenseless con is allergic to courtrooms.
He is currently operating out of Seattle/Shoreline area in King County Washington.
FACTS ABOUT MANNY REGALADO AND LAWSUITS
Manny Regalado ignored the complaints, never showed up for any court dates and never paid the judgements. Reading through the cases, it is clear that when charges were dropped it was because the victims became frustrated with the process. One of the cases he was actually civilly convicted of Fraud, but again, he paid no price. He has never been incarcerated for any of the crimes he’s committed. Even though what he does is criminal by any one’s standard, he is not a criminal by legal standards. Like many in the construction fraud business he knows he cannot be arrested.
