They charged me £15 for A2 colour print which itself is a ridiculous price.
On top of that, the quality of the paper is horrible.
Very cheap paper. When they packaged the paper, they damaged it so I couldn't use it as a poster. I explained this to them but instead of resolving the situation, they said I'm making stuff up and essentially told me to get lost.
So, overcharged for a poor print. Damaged the print and refused to resolve.
Get your prints elsewhere. I'm shocked to see this place have any good reviews with the level of customer service at this place.
If it's A2 or larger, go somewhere else and save your money.

I visit Mr Ink on a regular basis. The atmosphere is great, the staff are very helpful, kind and welcoming. I often learn new ways in which to carry out certain tasks that benefit me in daily IT related activities. Printer, Ink and stationery prices are very competitive and i would recommend Mr Ink to anybody that wishes to use a great service. Great service and speed. I had my dissertation to print, bind and hand in by 12pm. I went to the shop and all the staff were occupied.
The manager himself didn't waste a moment of my time, walked over and printed and bound my dissertation.

I was looking for a local printer supplier and found Mr Ink online. After doing some research I found that they had excellent reviews and were the cheapest I could find. I popped down to their shop in Bradford, Manningham Lane where I was greeted by friendly members of their sales team who promptly and courteously helped me select a printer that best suited my needs. The sales team understood exactly what I needed and supplied me with a printer that was more than fit for purpose at a great price as well as many office supplies that has really benefited my company.
