Mr. Handyman of Sandy Springs and Dunwoody

I used Mr. Handyman of Sandy Springs and Dunwoody , this week. RJ was the technician.  He arrived on time ( exactly at 8:00 am as promised) was able to fix my problem in under ten minutes, and asked if I needed anything else done, the next project required him to go to Loews which he did quickly, returned and was very very helpful.   From setting up the appointment to getting things done, this was a wonderful experience.  Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, courteous and delivered as promised.  Use this group, they ROCK. I had THEE BEST experience with contracting when dealing with Mr Handyman of Sandy Springs. I received a few violations from my HOA regarding my homes' trim and gutters. From my very first interaction with the company to my last, I was pleased with the experience. Everyone I had to communicate with was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Kelli in the office was always pleasant and welcoming. During the quote process, they came in comparable or under my other estimates. The price I was charged for the work that was done was on target.   Craig, who did the actual work on my home, was EARLY each day of work, pleasant, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. When there was a hiccup with scheduling, he was upfront, always honest about what was happening, and apologetic for each delay. I can't recommend the company enough. I am actually looking forward to needing more work on my home, as I know My Handyman will be my go-to company. More...
