I called Eli on a Friday panicked because my dog threw up all over my sofa. He was very friendly, did not try to up-sell me, had AMAZING prices, and did the job quickly. He even took the time to explain the full cleaning process to me and the cleaning products he would be using to clean my sofa and carpet. Hired due to ability to remove cat urine stain and smell from carpet. I had a small area that was urinated on due to a developed behavioral issue. While the cleaning helped it did not get rid of it entirely. They gave me some extra of the enzyme to try to help if it lingered, but the smell faintly persisted after 2 weeks and my roommate is allergic. I contacted again asking if they could just go over the small area to try to get rid of the smell. I found this company online and they are amazing! Great service, prices and timing. They scheduled a pick up time and were there on the dot. One very happy customer I definitely recommend them to everyone,MR DRY STEAM picked up my rugs that have been in the family for generations called several different companies before and all have said that those rugs cannot be cleaned, Eli came and gave me a detailed explanation of what they’re going to do with my rugs, I highly suggest before using any company to clean your area rugs to give them a call first.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
