We have also become victims of a building scam by Michael Ward. He conned us into giving him a large advanced payment for some works and then disappeared without even starting anything. It's daylight robbery which has left us devastated and wrecked our lives. Trading standards have been informed and we also urge you to notify action fraud as well as @badbuilderwatch on twitter who are investigating. DO NOT hire this fraudster called Michael Ward of MPW Builders Ltd. He was hired to do a simple job on the roof. He took the down payment, did a few hours here and there and simply disappeared without a trace. The work is not finished and he left a mess behind. Michael is a thief and a liar.
