I've been training for years and lost fitness due to illness. I needed a change from being stuck in a rut and support to get back to fitness and lose weight.
After initial consultation I decided to give them a go. I'm loving the training regime never the same workout twice and amazed at the results in a short time. I feel so much fitter and healthier and am toning up. I've not lost physical weight but have dropped two dress sizes
Every session is different and tailored to you personally so if you are not up to doing certain exercises on that day then they change it. I have bad knees and they are getting stronger from the advice Rick has given me.
If you are stuck in a rut and you want to move on with your training whatever that is I would highly recommend MPower. Spotless gym great environment to train in the guys can't do enough for you. Keep up the good work!

I noticed a sign for MPower as I was travelling to work, I'm a runner and felt I needed something else to help build my fitness and strength, MPower is absolutely the right place, I have trained with Rick now for a couple of months, lovely personality and strives to get the best out of you at each session, my running has certainly improved so much so I have now managed to get a couple of PB's. ... I was really eager to get in shape before I was heading out to Australia, and was recommended to take up MPower. One of the best decisions I've ever made!
Rick was my trainer and was everything I could ask for in a trainer.
Always full of positivity and enthusiam, kept me motivated and laughing through sessions, and he always took into consideration the type of exercises I enjoyed and worked well on my weaknesses. It made my sessions much more enjoyable (even if I was dying by the end of it!).
As a result, I can honestly say this is the fittest and happiest I've felt about myself in years. Serious hats off there!
And of course, Matt was fantastic too regardless that he didn't train me. He was always very friendly whenever I came for a session, and I never failed to have good a laugh with him! He was also very helpful creating a diet plan, and offered great advise for when it came to going to the gym and doing stretches.
Will be coming back once I'm back in England miss and love these guys! You'd be daft not to take them on!

Have been training with Chris for nearly a year now, and have loved it. So much so I was able to convince my husband to start training too. I have in the past suffered with a bad back and neck problems and through motivational explained structured exercises I have been so much better. I love how the approach is tailored to my needs and abilities rather than a generic one size fits all. My fitness has greatly improved and I’ve become stronger and leaner. You can't help but love the Mpower! From the relaxed farm surroundings (apart from the horse that laughs at me doing renegade rows) to the 'boutique' gym and real 1-2-1 sessions.
It's a great all round experience, that Mpowers not only physically but mentally as well, through nutrition and the upbeat positive energy surrounding the guy! The guy being Matt, I love Matt, he makes me weak at the knees. I just hope we can share chicken, salad and blueberries watching the sun go down doing the plank, then I will be truly Mpower'd

My journey with Rick at MPower started on the 1st June this year. I was 44 and felt fat, frumpy and unfit, even though I was a regular runner.
I turned up on my first day with so many nerves I was worried that I wouldn't even be able to pick up a dumbbell.
Wow! Is all I can say. Rick put me at ease and started me on my fitness journey that 5 months later I am still loving. I am so much fitter and stronger and because of it I am also faster in my running. I can't recommend Rick highly enough, what he has done for me and my confidence in 5 short months is nothing short of a miracle.
