I am a fully trained ex BT engineer with over 10 years experience of broadband (ADSL and Fibre), and phone line problems. I have come across virtually every possible scenario of problem particularly on broadband.If the issue is ultimately proved to be in the BT network, then I can give advice as to how to proceed with resolution, and coop on site with you should a BT engineer visit be necessary.

Great service from Mark. Very quick response to my initial enquiry even though it was sent on a Saturday evening. Needed an outside supply cable moving because of ongoing building work. Mark was able to attend and do the work within a couple of days. Punctual, smart, efficient and a fair price. Not only is Mark a telecoms and data engineer he also is an extremely good handyman, he came to my house to put together 6 self assembly bookcases. Mark is a thoroughly decent and nice man, he did over and beyond what was asked of him making sure that my bookcases fitted perfectly to the wall, made sure I had access to my plug sockets behind one of the bookcases and made sure all wiring for the lighting was hidden from sight.
