I had a great experience at MPG! As soon as I entered I immediately received help from all staff who were present. I also had an initial session with Bethany. I was under the impression we would be just casually working out, but she showed up with an entire plan for us! She modified easily what she was doing throughout our session to accommodate me (since I am no where near at the same physical capacity as she is much stronger than I am lol).
