Went in after I’d tried installing a cpu watercooler. Then it wouldn’t fire up. I’d bent some pins in my motherboard and I know that is a 99. 9% chance of needing a full replacement. It’s basically cooked at this point. Step in MP Computers representing the 0.1%. It lives, they’ve worked an absolute miracle. I now call my pc Jesus. I can’t bloody believe it. I feel compelled to write this post about a local business named MP Computers on Huddersfield Rd Dewsbury.Last Christmas we bought our daughter a brand new Macbook Pro laptop. She loved it, it cost just short of a thousand pounds but it was worth it to see the expression on her face when she opened the present.Anyway - It became glued to her like another limb but unfortunately, a month or so back one evening she was sat by the kitchen table and i heard a clunk followed by running water.She gave it a bath. A full pint bath.I quickly stepped in to try and rescue it as im pretty good with basic electronics, but it developed multiple faults which went way over my head.I took it to a place who to be fair didn't charge us for looking at it but pretty much condemned it but was still left with a very expensive piece of kit in dire need of attention that I didnt want to scrap. I started ringing round asking advice from repair engineers which work at component level and they were all saying it would need a new keyboard, logic board etc etc. About £400 upwards :-(Anyway - Then I remembered MP Computers as I had bought of them before. Handed it to them, left it with them for some good time and it's back with it's rightful owner fully working and only cost £120 in total.FANTASTIC ! I know where to go again if i need help. So this place was recommeded to me. They mended my computer. Then things went wrong. It was totally my own fault. Lets just say user error! Anyway i had to take it back and they put it right as quickly as they could and they didn't charge me when they would have been perfectly within their rights to do so.
