I have used Moving by Design a few times now and they have always been great! They are fast and they do a good job! I already had most of my belongings packed. They did the shrink-wrap on the furniture and a few items to take out to the truck. They also wrapped a few pictures so that nothing would break. They placed things well when they loaded the truck because nothing was broken with the move. They worked quickly, they were friendly and professional. I would use Moving by Design again! More...

I moved from Houston to a nearby city, and I asked Moving by Design to help me with that. They were a very good group of people. They showed up on time, and they were very careful with my belongings. They were also good about helping me organize things so when they brought something in, it would go to the right place, and I would not have to move it later. They really took special care to make the move easier on me. They were also great about suggesting other services I might require getting set up in my new home. Highly recommend the team at Moving by Design. Tim came out to quote my move - with lots of big 'stuff'. We had a 4 man, two truck move across Houston that involved a table saw, workbenches, basically a complete wood shop crammed into a 2 car garage. The team arrived well within their estimated arrival window, were professional, friendly and executed the move in a timely manner. I have moved MANY times, and I've hired other companies out of pure ignorance. I was shocked to see the care and attentiveness Henry and Adrian gave my belongings. I was use to my things being thrown, boxes ripped, items broken. I have a lot of mirrored furniture and these went above and beyond to make sure everything was protected. Super clean. Super professional. I called a friend during the move and I told her I never knew moving could be so stress free. They handled everything. My experience was amazing through and through, christina in the office was always so sweet and informative. The other gentleman in the office was also very knowledgeable and Henry & Adrian really topped off my experience. From the quote to the invoice, these guys really delivered and made my move much less stressful than it could have been. On the phone, they were professional and friendly. They managed hiccups efficiently, and worked to remain competitive. On the moving date, the two man team was actually able to show up early. They were also very friendly and professional. They allowed me to help them out to keep a timely manner, as we found out that I had more stuff than I expected. We finished what was probably a 4-5 hour job in exactly 3 hours. They even went on a limb to try (and really like!) the Vietnamese lunch I bought for them! I will be a returning customer if I ever need their services again.Thanks again, guys! More...

I called just two days before I needed a piano moved and they worked me into their schedule. They were supposed to call me when they were on their way, but I didn't receive a call until they arrived. I had to drive from another destination to meet them. They waited and carefully moved the piano to its new destination. Moving by Design has always done a spectacular job for me! This was not my first time using their services. I have used them three times now and I have always been very satisfied. The workers are always prompt, polite and professional. They pack things very well and there has been nothing broken with the moves. They are very cautious within the home so that there is no damage. They are mindful of the furniture as they move it so they don't damage anything or scratch the furniture or mark the walls. They can skillfully pack the truck to capacity. I used Moving by Design and was very pleased with the end result. I thought that they offered very fair prices so I tried them for the first time. The company sent out the nicest technicians. I had them pack my entire household for me. The technicians were very quick and handled everything in a very professional manner. I had them take some of the items over to my storage unit and put things in there. Then the rest of the items, the majority, were taken over to my new home. We have used them twice and I have no complaints. The men working on the crews were careful and professional. The terms of the move were more than fair with guarantees and insurance to make us feel protected. Tim is thorough and knowledgeable. He thinks ahead and considers what a customer needs as opposed to how much money they can make from the move.
