Absolutely diabolical. Im an estate agent so was recommended to use Movin Legal for my clients. Used the same firm twice through movin legal, took 2 months to arrange a legal pack, which caused buyers to go cold, on another case the same firm, when asked if a certain change in the contract would affect my seller, my seller got a reply of "nope"

Another firm used through Movin Legal didn't even introduce themselves just sent an email with attached files for the seller to fill out and send back.

Very very very poor customer service. Then had my issues escalated to Movin Legal's head, who acted like he was trying to help then turn into a child whispering "these guys have 5 stars" i said the firm ive used has 5 stars which he then whispered under his breath "4 star, 4 stars, they have 4 stars" still another firm they want to introduce. Then after speaking to him on the phone, he has emailed me and the legal team (Ive been having issues with) an email that was like we didn't just have a conversation. I instructed a solicitor to complete the conveyancing of my help to buy remortgage through Movin Legal. My buying decision was on the basis of the quote provided by Movin Legal, the scope of work was clear (help to buy remortgage) I accepted the quote with Michael Cook Law.
