I have really enjoyed participating in the various classes through Movement Works. My favorite yoga class has been at Sunset Beach park. I recently attended yoga and body pump classes at the studio. I liked that I was welcomed by all the people attending; it feels like a little community. The instructors were engaging and they took time to make sure new folks were able to keep up and learn what was practiced. I would highly recommended taking a class here. More...

I loved attending the variety of classes at Movement Works. I love how I can get a cardio workout, toning workout and yoga all in one place. I have since moved to a new city, and miss the studio so much! The time starting at 6:00 for the evening classes were convenient so I didn't have to rush right when work ended at 5:00pm. The atmosphere was really welcoming and the instructors always provided modifications so everyone can do the workouts. More...
