Q&As

The first step is establishing what your goals are, and then breaking them down into steps we can reach together. The beginning of any journey can look like a daunting prospect, so we take it one step at a time - you'll be amazed what you can achieve. Once we've mapped out the journey to reaching your fitness goals we will work from a base of core strength and movement skill to keep you grounded, centred and strong. This allows us to push your limits with less chance of injury. To keep you motivated we will use a combination of playful (rather than repetitive!) exercises and an ever evolving range of fitness challenges to inspire you to physical greatness and celebrate your journey.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is actually living your dreams, while keeping it real! I believe in the power of harnessing our playfulness, curiosity and passion to make the dreams we never thought possible a day to day reality. Then we can dream the next impossible dream and begin the next journey.

I love supporting my clients through their journeys. It can be tough along the way, but the feeling of joy, triumph and celebration when someone can do something they never believed they could, free of pain or doubt, is a great blessing and an honour to be a part of. I get to witness incredible transformations and my clients' journeys are very inspiring for me. I love the feeling of purpose I have when giving my energy for people on the hero's journey of physical embodiment.

I wanted to free myself from the desk job and share the wisdom I have received on my own journey. I grew up with a lot of pain in my body, feeling fatigued and unmotivated, and disconnected and ashamed of my body. For 6 years working in the fitness industry, in a PR company, I had access to some hugely experienced and knowledgeable trainers, and had to understand and write about some advanced training techniques. This inspired and motivated my own fitness journey, which has come together in the past few years to a place of greater embodiment and empowerment. I want to share my approach with others because life is so much sweeter without pain or worry about your fitness. When we feel good, we look good, and life is good. That's too good not to share!

Because I get deeper results. My approach and training techniques grow physical skill and cultivate embodiment that enhance all aspects of your life - motivation, focus, strength, leadership, courage and charisma. I care about my clients - this is about more than money to me, and I want you to succeed in whatever it is you want to succeed in. If you're really ready for the change you've always dreamed about, choose me: you won't look back.

Services

Sports Massage is an effective way to support an active body. It can help prepare the body for intense activity or a sporting event, assist in recovery after a period of intense activity, and help maintain healthy muscles for sports people, dancers, actors and fitness enthusiasts, or anyone who enjoys moving their body.

Sports massage doesn't have to be painful. Pressure is always guided by you, so although sometimes the body can benefit from deep pressure it's always to the level you are happy with, and that helps the muscles relax.

This kind of massage can help with general relaxation, improve circulation, reduce muscle adhesions, reduce risk of injury and help correct imbalances in the body. Sports Massage can be an effective part of an injury recovery programme, but only if indicated by your doctor, physio or other qualified therapist.
