My name is Gemma Mountjoy. I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist and hypnotist. I have completed most of my training with the UK Hypnosis Academy. I am a fully qualified as a Kinetic Shift practitioner, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and TNT (Total Neurological Tapping) practitioner as well as trained in Mental Health First Aid and suicide awareness.

Hypnotherapy is a passion for me. I came into this field after 13 years in the emergency services. I have had my own share of life’s ups and downs and life changing events where hypnotherapy has got me back to my best and I want to provide that for you.

I specialise in CONTENT FREE Hypnosis. Don’t drag up the past or have the pain of going over it again and again. Hypnosis can be used to eliminate/ shift, address and resolve issues like motivation, confidence, goal setting, fears, phobias, smoking cessation, weight loss, anxiety, stress, insomnia and the list goes on and on!
