I've been at MTCF for a little less than a year and it's been a complete life changing experience. Amazing coaches who are 100% safety 1st! From what I hear, crossfit is nothing without great coaches, and MTCF has them. It's family friendly and community based. You feel good walking through their doors, but also feel pushed and driven in every workout! More...

I can't say enough about Mountain Trail Crossfit. The owners and coaches are terrific. They take the time to work with each and every member. It doesn't matter if it is your first day at the gym or you have been there for a few years, the coaches help to motivate everyone and ensure you are doing the movements safely. Just a great place and awesome atmosphere. The workouts are intense but can be modified for any level. Top notch! More...

MTCF has been a wonderfully welcoming community with knowledgeable and caring staff that always know exactly how to lead us to be "just a bit better than we were yesterday. " I never realized that CrossFit was REALLY about mobility, range of motion, strength, and dedication at its core. I didn't think there was so much about my posture. The work outs are intense but fun - lots of muscle and cardio development in a short period of time. Great return on investment. Everything is doable, and real progress can be seen after just a few weeks. I've never felt better and I'm certain that soon I'll never have been better. More...

I am fairly new to CrossFit and finding this gym has been a great welcoming mat to the community. The trainers make the environment very accessible for a beginner like me and they emphasis safety of movement above all else. I enjoy how down to earth everyone is and they are accepting of whatever level you are at. I highly recommend coming here if you have wanted to try CrossFit. More...

Mountain Trail Crossfit is what the CrossFit experience should be. They have a great community that was very welcoming when I first started. Before coming to MTCF I had a very different opinion about what CrossFit was. I had trained a few years ago for just a few months and was never given guidance or instruction and quit soon after. MTCF is the complete opposite. The coaches are concerned with athlete saftey above everything else. After one class I knew this was somewhere I wanted to spend my free time. More...

I never knew I could look forward to going to the gym. I started at MTCF in December after trying a few free classes the month prior. I have been a member of several gyms in the past, but my gym experiences were impersonal. It was go in, do your thing, and get out. I experienced the same in the class environment. The barbell classes or cardio classes I had attended in other gyms weren't didn't care about my safety or even my name. I remember the battle I had with myself getting to the gym, "If I can just get to the parking lot, I know I'll go inside and work out," MTCF is different. Not only do the instructors know my name, other members were welcoming and introduced themselves wanting to get to know me. Not only that, but during a workout, the room is filled with members cheering each other on and celebrating each other's fitness victories. I never have an "I don't want to go to the gym" attitude anymore. I also know that safety is a top priority, which makes me feel secure. You don't have to be a gym rat to fit in or feel intimidated. People of all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to become stronger, healthier versions of themselves. More...
