Never use him again. You can not find a parking place close to his flat where he conducts his repairs.
He changed a screen and keyboard but he forgot to put the cable to the sound card back in its place. So I have a mute laptop now and will cost me more to ask someone to open it and put the cable back in its place. More...

Excellent service. My fan stopped working on a somewhat ancient HP laptop, and then shortly after Windows wouldn't start and I was getting a rather worrying message about missing boot files etc. Neil replaced the fan with the one I bought online, as well as giving the insides of the machine a good clean with a pressurized aerosol. Incredibly efficient service with a very fast turn around.

Neil is very polite and more then willing to help in any way he can, whether related to your particular issue or not. He saved me £50 on my screen repair compared to my laptop's retailer's repair price.

I own a very expensive computer and let me tell you now i don't just hand it over to anyone. Neil is very specific and on point. he fixed my issue with no problems at all and i could tell he had changed my fan arrangement to work better for the computer. He charged minimum for the work he did and he did it very very fast.
