The questions we ask a new client is dependent on the type of work that will be performed in the project. We use a questionnaire and an interview to obtain as much information as possible to have a complete understanding of the project and the service(s) required.

We require clients to sign a proposal or contract, provide a purchase order and make a payment via ACH, company check, credit card or wire transfer equal to half (50%) of the project cost before we start any work.


For clients who desire a series of virtual (e-mail, phone or web-based) consultations or who want to secure our availability to perform work on an as-needed basis, we utilize a retainer. Time is purchased in 10-hour increments and paid in full via ACH, company check, credit card or wire transfer.
