I had purchased a birthday bouquet for my mother online from Spain last year. She LOVED them so much and kept talking about the freshness and fragrance for weeks. I decided to buy her another bouquet this year but decided to go with a different arrrangement for a change. My father received the bouquet and said he was a little dissapointed in the arrangement and that it didn't have the fragrance of the one the year before. Mountain High Flowers looked up my history and found which had been sent the year before and sent it over to my mom no questions asked. Lovely job for our elopement this last weekend! Meghan was awesome when I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and she came up with names to put to each flower I had in my head. Planning from afar was a little more difficult and the way Meghan was able to word everything was immensely helpful. They provided all the flowers for myself and the bridal party at my wedding. Leading up to the wedding I experienced very professional and prompt service. I worked with Meghan who made it incredibly easy to design the style of bouquets I wanted at prices that worked for me, all via email. There was a slight hiccup during the delivery that was due to an error my hotel made but Sedona Mountain High quickly sent back a delivery person to get it resolved. Jana was wonderful to work with! I did all of my floral planning with her via email. She had a questionnaire for me to fill out with my floral visions, colors I liked, etc and she put together a very detailed order with exactly what kind of flowers she recommended for my bouquets. She had a few different "levels of fanciness" for me to choose from, and I was able to tweak a few things as needed (ie remove eucalyptus in corsages due to allergies). I was able to google what each flower looked like and more or less had an idea on how they would turn out. The bouquets were stunning and more beautiful than I imagined!
