My wife & I had a very nice stay at Mountain Ash Farm Country Manor in mid September 2019. Patricia was very accommodating & very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. Our visit was a quick overnight but the house and facilities were very nice and well kept - Great getaway from city life. We enjoyed the hot tub and the common areas. Also we had a great Breakfast as part of our reservation at the farm! This is a hidden Gem that's worth the visit. We will be back! More...

The communal kitchen and extra large sitting area is clean and inviting with a pool table, games, books and movies. The pastoral panoramic view from the deck is sublime. The spa experience was well worth the money - a swim in the outdoor pool, a hot tub, sauna, steam room and Indian Head massage followed up with a glass of wine and complimentary charcuterie plate was a great way to end the day. More...

From the moment my family and I arrived we all heaved a sigh of relaxation. Our host Patti was incredibly attentive and has an eye for detail and a soul for delivering an experience full of excellence. From the first message for information to our arrival and departure (and every day in between) Patti was courteous, thoughtful and a wealth of local knowledge. As all MAF stays, ours was truly tailored to what we required. Completely bespoke to our family. The accommodation is stunning. Think 'boutique retreat/spa', in the most beautiful farmland with sunsets over the pool, pastures and orchards, vegetable patches and meadows. A little bit of Heaven. The children (16yrs, 14yrs and 12yrs) all loved cycling through the fields to the creek, swimming and relaxing by the pool, observing the wildlife and a super treat of an impromptu 'cooking lesson' with Patti (who is also a phenomenal chef). We cannot wait to return to Mountain Ash Farm and I cannot recommend it enough. You simply must go and experience it for yourself...I guarantee you will be blown away by the friendliness, the hospitality and as your shoulders begin to relax and your body unwinds, like me, you will wonder how soon you can come back! Our mid week stay at Mountain Ash Farm was a lovely, relaxing experience. Our hostess was so understanding of my husband’s mobility issues and placed us in the spa area room in the main house. It had a large bathroom with spa shower and bench. Patti arranged massage and facial treatments which took place next to the cosy fireplace in the salon. An infrared sauna preceded our massage, although we could have also opted for the hot tub on the deck. Our breakfasts were served also in the comfortable living room which suited my husband best. The deck and lounge beds just outside our bedroom door made for easy access to afternoon sunning, viewing the beautiful countryside and night-time star gazing. I would certainly go again and highly recommend for a renewal get-away. More...

Our stay at the MAF was a last minute change of venue due to technical issues with the original booking. My wife and I were joined by two of my brothers - all of us attending my son's wedding. Initially, we were quite concerned , however upon arrival this quickly changed to relief and the beginning of a most enjoyable 3 day stay. Our host, Patricia Clarke, was attentive to our needs and exceptionally well organized. The Inn is quite spacious and well appointed with comfortable furniture. I spent two nights at Mountain Ash Farm and found it to be the perfect cure from the barren landscape of suburban Vaughan. The drive north on Airport Road 18 to the farm is through rolling, well-forested countryside. The owner is warm, welcoming and highly knowledgeable. She provides generous snacks and makes an awesome country breakfast. The walls are decorated, if that is the word, with some great art, well beyond the usual match-the-furniture style of other BandBs. I loved being able to dip into the pool, then the hot tub, all with a beatiful view of the countryside. Creemore is in easy access and shopping there was rewarding due to local foods and brewery! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants rest, rejuvenation in a welcoming environment that is unusually close at hand to the big city. More...
