How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Sometimes we need that little push to get us out of our comfort zone and on to the right track. My Personal Training style is very much goal orientated and is designed to do just that. Sometimes it is hard to reach your own goals without the correct personal attention and direction that a personal trainer can help provide, but my training sessions are geared specifically towards achieving your health and fitness goals.
Working at a pace that is right for you, I will help you to get fit, lose weight and get toned giving you the look you desire. Every session is planned with a view of working towards the next target and progress is closely monitored throughout. Personal training also helps you to make lifestyle changes that are very hard to achieve without the additional support, guidance and motivation that you get when training one to one.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams....It takes hard work and determination! Healthy weight loss and body tone comes when you combine a healthy nutritional plan with a well-structured exercise routine, and is the only proven way to lose weight and maintain your healthy new look. I am here to provide you with the right tools and knowledge that it takes to get you the dream body you desire, along with giving you support, guidance and motivation throughout your journey.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new & interesting people from all walks of life and I find enjoyment in seeing my clients reach their fitness goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My background started in track and field athletics where I spent 7 years competing as an amateur athlete. During this time I became the two times Gold Medallist at English Schools and the two times Indoor Gold Medallist at The Birmingham Nationals where I represented England in Long Jump. After getting a serious knee injury I then went on to coach young up and coming athletes as a volunteer, first in the USA and then in the UK. After spending some time building up a broader knowledge base of fitness techniques along with strength conditioning and sports specific training, I then decided to go into personal training where I could focus more on individuals and small group fitness goals which I still love to this day!

Aside from my athletic background I have been training myself now for over 12 years, and in that time I have learnt many different techniques and methods of training which I now use to train my clients in order to make their sessions fun and varied. Whether you want to lose weight, re-shape your body or train for a specific event, I will deliver results that last and provide you with the skills and knowledge to achieve your goals.
