About

I provide Personal Training and nutrition advice. I have a private, purpose built outdoor training facility with shelter at my home but I am also happy to come to your home or a local park. I also run 4 Bootcamp sessions per week that my Personal Training clients can attend free of charge for that additional training boost.

My partner and I discovered Motivaction Bootcamp.
The sessions have a fun, friendly atmosphere with professional instructors who will push you to new personal goals but not exceed limitations.
In such a short time so much has been gained like muscle toning and stamina too completing mud runs which you never dreamt you could do.
It's great being outdoors. There's nothing like a hard workout in torrential rain!
New friendships are made and we encourage one another to succeed.

Bootcamp has changed the way I feel about exercise. Angela mixes up the exercises so there isn't chance to get bored. I had done very little running - now I think nothing of running around trying to catch up with Sean � I am in my fifties and instead of feeling unfit I think I am fitter and stronger than I have been for ages. I joined 3 months ago. I was really worried about going due to on going back problems. Angela assured me to start with that I would be fine and it’s the best decision I have made to stick with it!! Not only has my back got stronger, My whole body has got stronger and I am fitter than I have been in a long time!! And I have gone down a dress size and feel great!! Absolutely loved the beginners bootcamp tonight!
I won’t stop raving about it!
Any abilities welcome, any problems are declared before you start and they work around you and what your comfortable with!
Was made to feel welcome, cheered on and feel great at the end!!!
I can’t recommend these guys enough!

Today marks my bootcampiversary!

I started bootcamp with one aim- to keep going and have fun. I was unfit, had a bad back and stiff joints and was utterly miserable writing up my dissertation.

I am now fitter, more flexible, I don’t hurt, I have so much more energy and I am more positive and confident.

Bootcamp is amazing! It’s fun accessible and Angela and Seun are two of the loveliest people you can ever meet. They are encouraging, motivating and never stop believing in their bootcampers!

Thanks for a great year guys! Here’s to many more!!!

I started on the 2nd of January this year, after being stuck inside over Christmas I needed to get out and do some exercise so when I saw Angela advertising her boot-camp class on Facebook I decided to give it a go.

I was a bit nervous as I had heard that boot-camp was a bit hard-core and for exercise junkies only.

I was wrong to be nervous, it was a class of mixed abilities and when I did flake out after the warmup Angela could not have been nicer and more supportive, which allowed me to get back up and get back into it.

So if you want to improve your general fitness, want to tone up or want to go hammer and tongs for the summer body this is the place for you.

You get out what you put in and from a mild start like mine (I'm 50) I've lost belly fat, gained definition, feel a lot fitter than I was and my moods are so much brighter also as a bonus I've met some really nice people from around the village.

Give it and go and you'll love it!

I started bootcamp in July on the free taster session and I've never looked back. Ang makes you feel very welcome and so supportive. I actually love it when Monday and Wednesday comes round for my bootcamp session. I can honestly say the classes have never been the same, so no time to get bored. The classes are fun and you push yourself as far as you want, such a friendly group, i've made some lovely friends. I'm definitely a lot fitter than I was and feel happy about myself. I never thought I would be saying or doing an a obstacle race and a muddie race, but I am and it's all down to Ang.. Well done for making me believe in myself. #Lovebootcamp More...
