I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by first listening to them. Then I provide safe, reasonable, actionable advice. First you need to have a plan; then you need to execute it.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams is this: Get fit in the gym; lose weight in the kitchen. Exercise has numerous benefits, only one of which is weight loss. Focus on the many health benefits of exercise, not just your weight.
What do you love most about your job?
Coaching allows me to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Every day, I get to make an impact.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business because I love working for myself. I like that there's no middleman between me and my clients.
