Casey is, in fact, the Most Valuable Bridesmaid one could ever ask for! I had no plans on hiring a coordinator. I didn't want to spend the money. It wasn't until my venue told me they wouldn't help me set up/break down decor that I decided to go searching. My MOH said she knew someone... Casey. I figured, why not? I'll reach out to her. We spoke, and I immediately felt comfortable. I hired her specifically for "helping me with decor", but little did I know how much more I would need from her, and how much more she would do! From beginning to end, Casey was there as a huge support system. She made me feel at ease, checked in on me, and on the day of was a shining star...my literal freakin' hero! If there is one thing that having just gotten married has taught me is, you have no idea that you need a coordinator until you need a coordinator and see what they actually do for you. When I think back at my wedding a few days ago, I cant imagine having to have done it all alone. I had no clue I needed help. She ran the rehearsal...something I didn't think about! She picked up lunch for my guests...something I couldn't leave to do. She, single-handedly, put my decor together, broke it down, and re-set it up elsewhere. She took left overs to my car..and even seat belted the wine in! She called all my vendors and made sure they all arrived and were doing what they were supposed to. She helped me with my dress, helped the girls when they needed something, and even cleaned up our bridal suite when I was randomly told throughout the day that I would have to clean it prior to leaving. First off, that was unreal, but Casey took it in stride. She told me not to worry baout it and she'd clean it. Not what I hired her to do! But, she did it all with a smile and stayed later than expected to get it all done. Bottom line: If you think you can do it yourself and you dont have a coordinator, get one! And get Casey. She WILL be there for you and you will never regret it. She was the best idea I had all wedding planning. Thank you Casey. You rocked my wedding! xoxo More...

Casey is without a doubt the best decision my husband and I made when it came to our wedding. From the first phone call with her, I knew that we had found the engine behind our big day. She is full of energy and love, super efficient and fast, well organized, proactive and on top of it all. She is as involved as you need her to be, takes the lead, runs the show and sets the stage for you to actually enjoy your wedding day. I didn't think I'd be able to relax and enjoy myself on the day of but I had a BLAST and that is thanks to Casey!! I flew in for my best friend's wedding and she had hired Casey to arrange everything. My friend is a bit anxious so I was so glad she chose Casey to be there. I will start this off by saying that I have known Casey for my entire life. I have only ever known her to be selfless, positive, driven, and kind. I was lucky enough to have her as a bridesmaid on my wedding day, before she started her MVB business. Even then, she was working her tail off to make my day perfect, I didn't know the gift I was getting having her there for free!! I'll be honest, when I heard she was going to be working a wedding that I was in, I wasn't 100% sure what that meant. I knew that she would be helpful and upbeat, but I was BLOWN AWAY seeing her in action. Casey was simply invaluable for the entirety of the day. Her confidence in herself and her work brought calmness to all of the antsy bridesmaids. From the moment she arrived at the house in the morning to the last song played at night, she was on top of everything. She had what I can only describe as a 'Mary Poppies' bag, filled with every wedding day itemyou never knew you needed. She had the schedule down to a science, she cleaned up breakfast, straightened up the various rooms we were using, got everyone zipped and buttoned and tied into their dresses, and everything, I mean everything, went off without a hitch. I am beyond proud of what she does and how she does it and who she  is. After having her there with us all day, I honestly don't know how anyone has a wedding without her. Now that the wedding month MOH bliss has subsided, it is the perfect time to review the wonderful company that is Most Valuable Bridesmaid.  In trying to find the best wedding gift for my best friend, i wracked my brain, not wanting to give the "traditionals," then I came across this amazing company.  Casey's MVB, Adrienne, did an AMAZING job.  Her punctuality, preparedness  and overall attitude helped not only the bride, but myself, mother of bride and everyone else involved, including the other vendors.  Not only was in the hottest day in June, there were a lot of moving parts and being the MOH, she was my right hand for several hours! I honestly do not even know where to begin! AMAZING. ESSENTIAL. MUST HAVE. This was by far the single most best decision I made when planning my wedding. We had Casey as a day of coordinator. As soon as we met Casey we were obsessed with her attention to detail and just overall helpful, attentive personality. I'm pretty sure that Casey is actually a mind reader!! She helped us through the whole process and was there whenever we needed her leading up to the wedding. Any questions we had she would give multiple suggestions to fix any dilemma we had. Leading up to the wedding my mom didn't understand why we needed a day of coordinator. As soon as Casey came to the house my mom turned to me and said this was the best thing that you've done! The day of the wedding Casey truly made my day special and allowed me to enjoy every moment of my wedding! I'm definitely a control freak and I like to know what's going on but on the day of the wedding my head was in a million places. Casey came in and took control of everything! From accepting deliveries to setting up my programs and rose petals for the toss after the ceremony to getting all my bridesmaids and my mom ready for photographs she was there helping and facilitating everything. When we got to the church she made sure everybody was in line and ready, she handed out programs to everyone (when I forgot to leave them at the church the day before),she made sure that my dress was always looking perfect..the list goes on and on! Upon leaving the church we were informed that the priest was coming to Our reception and Casey called the hall and made sure everything was set up for another guest. When we got to the hall she made sure everything was set up the way we wanted it to be, she had our guest ushered into cocktail hour, she helped us with pictures, she even helped to fix my moms hair when it her bun was coming out! Casey literally is a wonderwoman! When it was time for Casey to leave I didn't want to let her go and neither did my family! The next day my whole family who interacted with Casey was raving about her from my mom to my grandma to my bridesmaids everyone had such good things to say! Casey is by far the best decision I made the day of my wedding! She is so professional, and attentive! I told her I wanted to get married again just to work with her! If only I could give 10 stars...Casey was INCREDIBLE. I've been in enough weddings to know that when I got married I NEEDED a day of coordinator. I am so glad I was recommended to MVB. Seriously everyone needs Casey for their special day. You will NOT regret it!From start to finish she was so involved in all of the details - contacting vendors, etc. Casey constantly checked in with me and made me feel like a queen. Not to mention she's hilarious...I actually said to her after the wedding "can we keep in touch?"I really got to enjoy my entire day with my bridesmaids and family because I wasn't stressing over everything that still needed to get done. Now for maybe the biggest thank you of all. When Nik Ru said she needed a day of planner . I didn't understand why or that it could be justified. A lot like when Nikki asks me about specific things in sports. I always answer those questions with "just trust me." Nikki said the same about her day of wedding planner. So I did, but I never expected to have encountered what we did with Most Valuable Bridesmaid and Casey McKenna. Our venue had a lot of moving parts in the sense that it was a space and not a traditional hall. So there was a lot that needed to be coordinated and worked out/managed . Casey did that and beyond. She was determined , she was polite, she was organized , she was helpful, she was honest, she was kind, she was professional, and best of all she helped give my lovely wife the day she dreamed of. There are way too many small details  to describe just how many things she handled seemingly effortlessly all within SECONDS , and all PROFESSIONALLY but just know if you have any doubts about who to use for your wedding - call me and I will spend as much time as you have to tell you why you should use Casey of MVB - because she gave us that time and more. I would describe myself as a very anxious person, so on the day of my wedding its amazing how cool, calm and collected I was feeling. I can honestly say it was because, other than marrying my husband, hiring Casey was one of the best decisions I could have made for the day!     Casey was at my mom's house early and ready to work. She made sure all of my bridesmaids were where they should be so that all of my pictures moved so smoothly, which is not an easy task when there are 11 girls to get together. She  set up the trays of food so that my mom wasn't worried about entertaining, she was able to just enjoy the morning with me. Casey was the point person for all of my vendors, she handled all of their tips and any issues that came up throughout the day. I never knew what was happening behind the scenes, I was just able to take in all the love and happiness that was apart of the day. She was able to coordinate my crazy request of hiding 40 balloons in the back of the church and getting them distributed so that I could have the perfect pictures when leaving the church. These are just a few of the many tasks she accomplished the day of my wedding to make everything perfect.         I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding day so that you can worry about you and your husband and not all the little things that can happen. Casey is among the most genuinely kind and assiduously helpful human beings in the world. She will quite literally bend over backwards, sideways, inside out, and upside down for you. Having her with me on my wedding day was a gift. She brings with her the kind of positive energy and confidence that makes you feel completely and totally at ease, even on the biggest day of your life. She will be just as passionate about your wedding day as you are! She is prompt, tireless, organized...and downright hilarious!! When I put on my dress the morning of my wedding and discovered that it was too long and I was tripping on it, Casey got down on her hands and knees and started cutting away! There are few, few people that I would allow to get near my dress with scissors, but Casey was steady-handed and poised with a "don't worry, I got this" attitude...needless to say I didn't have an issue with the dress after that! I got married this past weekend and hired Casey as my day of coordinator - one of the best decisions I ever made!Prior to my wedding day she contacted all of my vendors and introduced herself as the day of contact, so I wouldn't have to worry about anything that day. Â She confidently answered every question I had and she even emailed me a list of things that I would need for the day. The list had things you don't really think of such as a change of shoes, phone charger, after party outfit.Casey even made a spreadsheet of the entire day including what time every vendor would be arriving and where. This was very helpful, especially for someone like me who isn't really the most organized and is more a "we'll figure it out" kind of person. On the morning of my wedding, she was at my house early and ready to help with anything and everything we could possibly need help with. She paid my limo drivers, handled the bouquet delivery, and even set my dress up for me. She helped me and my mom with getting on our dresses and jewelry and also held onto a turkey sandwich for my dad. Casey just being there made everything run smoothly because I knew I didn't have to worry about anything. You really don't think of how many little things need to get done on your wedding day but thankfully, Casey was there to take care of it all so me and my parents didn't have to. When planning your wedding you may be unsure as to whether or not you need a day of coordinator. Casey is amazing! Â How do people get through these affairs without her? Â You can't! Â Casey was able to assist with a smooth flowing bridal shower filled with laughter and love. On the day of the wedding she came to my home and organized all the girls hair and makeup sessions; assured the food was delivered and displayed; assisted my daughter the bride in every way imaginable, including cutting the tulle under the dress because the bride was tripping on it.
