I rented a property in Branton for one year (Apr16-Apr17). The sales team found me the perfect house to rent after I dropped in to see them and left my details. The whole process was smooth and the 'My Property File' App was excellent to keep track of payments and maintenance issues.

Well me and my partner have decided to get our first home together. We decided to rent instead of buy at this moment in time. Alan our estate agent was very friendly. He explained everything to us as we really didn't have a clue how these things worked. We needed to phone him and ask a question. He answered our call first time and reassured us. Wanted to say a big thank you to Jess for all her help with securing us the flat we wanted to rent and working super hard to get it at a cheaper price for us as well! I was very nervous about putting my house on the market. I didn't have the greatest option of estate agents before I started the process and procrastinated about moving for about 5 years. And then I met the wonderful team at Moss. First Kasia took me trough the selling process and really put my mind at ease. Then Fran came over to my modest little property and treated me like I had a mansion to sell. We chatted over coffee and I just knew that Moss was going to be the estate agency for me. This is before I found out what great value they were.
All through the process the whole team were amazing. I even used Anita, the in- house mortgage advisor (who's a flipping mortgage genius by the way) to find me a great deal on the house I was moving to.
My house sold in 2 weeks and although I was naturally stressed about the whole moving process the team at Moss were always there when I needed them and always had time to chat about what was happening. They were just a call/ email away (which is more than can be said for those whose house I was buying- they used online only Purple Bricks and had a nightmare contacting anyone).
I cannot recommend Moss Properties enough. They are such a friendly, professional bunch and I actually miss popping in for coffee (although I have a sneaky feeling that won't stop). If anyone is thinking about buying, selling or renting a property please go to Moss first to save yourself time shopping around. Just say Sam sent you! More...

We chose to use Moss to sell our house as Fran is so lovely. She was professional yet friendly. I never felt pressured to chose her but so pleased we did. The fees might be more than an online agent but the personal touch for both ourselves and buyers is worth every penny.

The photos and blurb she wrote for the house were excellent and we had viewings booked within 24 hours. The house sold 4 days after going on the market.

Our buyers needed a bit of guidance and Fran was in contact with them and us throughout. I chose to text her for updates and she always replied the same day.

We were told moving house would be stressful but I think Moss removed a lot of that stress for us. More...
