Hasan did my planning permission and drawings for a rear extension. He has provided an excellent service from start to finish. He was there to give valuable advice and very friendly service. He had sound good knowledge and was very professional which was evident in my case. My planning permission was rejected at first and I didn’t know what to do next as my initial planning expert ( Raja Sekaran from Aarcicon) had dropped this and I was not able to contact him. I was glad to have found Hasan as my planning expert, he really looked into all the possible options to get the planning permission. I initially just called Mosaic for some advice as to how to proceed with a party wall agreement. I spoke to Hasan, who gave me some excellent advice. In this day and age no one gives advice which doesn't benefit them but Hasan genuinely had my best interests. From then on I thought it would be best to hire Mosaic as my party wall surveyors. From start to finish they kept me in the loop in regards to timescales, regulations and best processes and they were always available when I needed reassurances. There were some challenging steps but Hasan and Tam were able to keep very professional and they were able to conclude my party wall agreement seamlessly. I needed some drawings made to submit to the council.
Mosaic was recommended by a friend.
They have been amazing and very professional. Mosaic guided me thru the system, although the council gave a lot trouble but mosaic had the answers.
They pushed the council for timely response, and it's very difficult to get the council to give answers.
Mosaic also provided me the structural engineers drawings, and also advised on party wall agreements.
In a nutshell I would definitely recommend them, as the guidance was thorough and decisive.
