Had Morton's Fine Catering cater our wedding reception over Thanksgiving weekend. The experience was wonderful. They had a beautiful set up of dishes and snacks/bread (their homemade bread with chunks of roasted garlic is marvelous) and they were very attentive and polite with our guests. When it came time for the main course, the buffet was large and simple to use. Food was delicious just as we had perceived when we had our taste test a month prior. I spoke with employees Rae, Mariann, and Dalton as we were winding down to thank them for their time. They were a blast to talk with and nothing but patient and and fun the whole event. We also appreciated them serving our alcohol to the guests (A+ service again). We ended up calling the reception an hour early due to folks slowly leaving and Morton's was right on top of accommodating us. Highly recommend Morton's for any catering needs! More...

We had Morton’s cater our wedding at the MSU conservatory and we could not be happier with their food and professionalism. The food tasted just as good at the reception as it did at our tasting and they were more than willing and capable of editing their standard menu items to meet our needs and incorporate seasonal foods. We had our reception at the Old Town Marquee in Lansing, and Mortons is the exclusive caterer through them. Mortons truly made the process easy, calling me when it was time to set up appointments, having suggestions and having our linens, bar, all of our serveware, cake cutting, and gratuity included. Morton's Fine Catering served my daughter's wedding last Saturday night and the food was excellent. The chicken and beef were very tender and flavorful and the green beans were fresh and cooked just right. The butter with herb was a treat that was served with the rolls but the mashed potatoes received the most compliments! Great service accompanied the great food and it set the table for a fun evening. Morton's did an event for our college at MSU, and they were amazing! I had to talk with them many times because our numbers kept changing and we had certain dietary restrictions. They were patient at every turn, and offered helpful advice and guidance. On the night of the event they could not have been better! Morton's catered my wedding reception at the Grand Loft in September and not only was the food superb (we had prime rib, pesto pasta, and the boursin chicken), but the service was absolutely amazing. From the bartenders to the rest of the staff, they were SO professional. I remember someone referring to them as "ninjas" because you never even noticed them.
