We asked around for recommendations. I phoned 3 companies, one never replied, one got back to me after a week, when I called the final one the head of Estate Agency answered the phone immediately, they were Morton Fraser. We received a very professional and friendly service. Communication was great throughout, when the person we were dealing with was away someone else was always assigned to look after us. It gave us total confidence in the process of getting our family home. Yes there may be cheaper firm but you get what you pay for.
